auticon is a global award-winning social enterprise driven by our mission to address the inequalities in employment for autistic and neurodivergent people. For over a decade we have enabled autistic people to thrive in successful careers as IT consultants, and in doing so we have had a measurable impact on the organisations we work with, changing perceptions of the commercial and cultural benefits of a neurodiverse workforce. We are proud to be a majority-autistic organisation.
We measure our impact as a company in 3 ways β individual (the difference we make to the lives of autistic professionals), organisational (how we enable organisations become neuro-confident and neuro-inclusive) and societal (how we move the needle on autism awareness and acceptance in society).

We are always looking for ways to have a broader impact on society and so in the UK we produce βAutism: In conversation with auticonβ - a podcast series designed to drive awareness of the realities of autism in the workplace, from the merits of hiring neurodiverse talent, through to some of the more common challenges and lived experiences faced by autistic adults navigating the workplace. Hosted by Carrie Grant MBE, each episode features interviews with leading voices on autism, including figures from the business world, social media influencers and autism academics. Our podcast was in Spotifyβs top 15% of podcasts most-shared globally in 2022.
